What is HRV?

Heart Rate Variability is your nervous system's signature, the subtle rhythm between heartbeats that reveals how you adapt to stress, recover, and regulate emotions.

Nervous system regulation → better focus/sleep

Train your body to switch from fight-or-flight to rest-and-digest on demand.

Reduced perceived stress/anxiety

See your stress response in real-time and learn to modulate it with breath.

Higher resilience & performance under pressure

Build capacity to stay calm and sharp when it matters most.

We combine science, music and guided practice.

Modern minimalist wellness space
Your Journey Starts Here

How a Session Works

Three simple steps to unlock a version of yourself you didn't know was possible. This isn't meditation, it's precision training for your autonomic nervous system.

Wear the sensor

Experience real-time HRV tracking with our unique certified biosensor. This exclusive technology captures your nervous system's response instantly, just a comfortable chest strap that syncs seamlessly with your session.

Guided breathing with real-time feedback

Follow visual and audio cues while watching your body respond on screen. Adjust, learn, and literally see stress dissolve.

Daily micro-practice you keep

Take home simple protocols: 5-minute resets you can use before meetings, flights, or sleep. No sensor required.

Where Transformation Happens

Our Studio

Every element of our space has been meticulously crafted to deepen your experience. This isn't just a room, it's a precision-engineered environment for nervous system recalibration.

From the acoustic design that amplifies sound reverberation to the lighting system that guides your journey from activation to rest, we've obsessed over the details. Feel the vibrations move through you. Watch how natural light shifts with your breath. Experience a space that breathes with you.

This is where science meets sanctuary. Where every frequency, every photon, every surface is calibrated for one purpose: to help you access states you didn't know were possible.

Diana Paraleste

"Breath is human technology."

For nearly a decade, Diana has been deep in the world of holistic health, self-development, fitness, and performance, constantly exploring what actually works when life turns up the pressure.

Somewhere between breathwork sessions and biofeedback data, her curiosity for tech sparked a realization: If we have fitness tech for our bodies, why not for our nervous systems? And more importantly: why are we all doing this work alone?

As a Holistic Life Coach, Mind-Body Practitioner, and BCIA-certified HRV Biofeedback Specialist, Diana saw an opportunity: What if we trained our nervous systems the way we train at the gym? Together, with real-time feedback, measurable progress, and the power of shared experience.

RespiraLab is that vision brought to life. It's a space where tech meets breath, where individuals train their nervous systems together using real-time biofeedback, evidence-based protocols, and the collective energy that makes change stick. Diana's mission is simple: make nervous system fitness accessible, effective, and backed by data you can actually see.

Because peak performance isn't about pushing harder. It's about breathing smarter. Together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior experience with breathwork?

Not at all. Our sessions are designed for complete beginners. The biofeedback makes learning intuitive, you'll see results in real-time and we guide you step by step.

Can I practice without the sensor after the session?

Absolutely. The sensor is a learning tool. Once you internalize the rhythm and response, you can practice anywhere: at your desk, on a plane, before bed.

How many sessions do I need to see results?

Most people notice immediate calming effects. With 2 to 3 sessions and daily practice, you'll see measurable improvements in stress perception, focus, and sleep within 3 to 4 weeks.

Is this the same as meditation?

HRV sessions are guided breathing and biofeedback exercises designed specifically to improve heart rate variability and balance your nervous system, using sensors and real-time metrics. They give you a clear, concrete focus (breath + live feedback), which makes them very effective both for people who struggle to "switch off" and for those who already meditate and want objective data to better understand and support their nervous system. Meditation is a broader mental practice that trains attention and awareness (for example, focusing on the breath or observing thoughts) and may improve HRV as a side effect, but it isn't centered on numbers or physiological targets like an HRV session is.

What happens during a session?

You'll wear a comfortable chest strap sensor while following guided breathing exercises. On screen, you'll see your heart rate variability respond in real-time to your breath. Our facilitator guides you through different techniques while you learn to recognize and control your stress response.

How long is a typical session?

Individual sessions run 45 to 60 minutes. Group sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes, allowing time for guided practice and community connection. Corporate workshops can be customized from 30 minutes to half-day intensives.

Who benefits most from HRV training?

Anyone dealing with stress, performance pressure, or sleep issues. We see great results with professionals, athletes, creatives, and anyone who wants more control over their mental and physical state.

Is HRV training safe for everyone?

HRV training is generally safe and well-tolerated. If you have cardiovascular conditions, respiratory disorders, or are pregnant, please consult your physician before starting. This is informational content, not medical advice.
